We recently had some major remodeling done in our home and hired Gill and his team. We wanted to remodel for several reasons. Both bathrooms were very much outdated. They were original to the 1971 house. At time the home was built, let's-build-it-as-cheaply-as-possible was the goal, so they used fiberglass enclosures. Furthermore, the house had been a rental and wasn’t really taken care of very well so the fiberglass surface was damaged and was impossible to keep clean. They seemed to be a magnet for dirt.

We actually didn't realize how bad it all was until we went to Tahiti and spent a week in granted luxury. It was very nice but it also showed how badly our bathrooms needed to be updated. 

What I loved about Gill when he showed up was that he was very down to earth and to the point. Compared to other people we spoke with, he didn't try to sell me on a particular material, like marble for example, and was honest when it came to what would keep the budget down or up for that matter. He didn't try to influence the ultimate decision. He was also very prepared. Believe it or not he was the only one who came over with a picture portfolio in hand. That preparedness showed us he was serious about this job, as we were.

One of the bathrooms in the picture folder also helped us realize that there is look of a certain type that we love.  I personally don't like marble and I was worried about the grout.  Gill's photo of a bathroom showed me a tile my husband and I fell in love with and then he assured me that the pain of cleaning the grout can be minimized if it is sealed.

After every job, my neighbors, friends and family were so impressed with his work, as well. I was nominated for the "Neighborhood Beautification' award in my city.

Today , I consider Gill not only the man I'd call when I have a job to be done, but my good friend.
